David Kameron Construction completed a 980-square-foot commercial retail tenant improvement for the new R2 boutique retail space located on Level 3 of the T-Connector at Albuquerque International Sunport. The project transformed the existing airport space into a distinctive, high-end retail environment designed to support both customer experience and demanding airport operational requirements. The tenant improvement included selective demolition, new interior walls, mechanical systems, specialty lighting, vaulted ceilings, low-voltage systems, polished concrete flooring, American Clay plaster finishes, and custom cabinetry. The combination of natural materials, refined finishes, and custom millwork created a warm, contemporary retail environment while maintaining the durability required for a high-traffic airport setting.

The remodel of an existing mixed-use building located at 3214 Purdue NE in Historic Nob Hill. The project included the complete interior renovation of the building consisting of demolition of existing finishes, walls, and second floor. Exterior modifications include first and second floor additions, all new windows, and all new finishes and coordination with owner’s interior design team.
